Alright its time to get back to working out. It’s been waaaaaaayyyy too long since my last workout. I’m so embarrassed to say when that was but, what I will say is that I’ve had alot happen to me in the last year and working out was definitely not the priority. I have fallen waaaaaayyyy off the wagon for a very long time for various reasons. To be clear I don’t hate working out but I could find a lot of other things to do besides working out. So how do you make time to get your work outs in while juggling a busy schedule and maybe a slight lack of motivation? Answer, it needs be incorporated into your life and it needs to be fun! - Walk with friends
- Take a dance class like zumba, salsa, jazz, hip hop or tap,
- Go clubbing with your friends
- Search YouTube for workout routines like zuzka, bodyrock or fitness blender.
- Walk the mall during off peak hrs for the laps or during regular hours and take in all the sales!
- Go to an amusement park and spend the day walking and enjoying the rides.
- Hike in nature
- Take a ride around town or through a park
- Play Frisbee on the sand
- Play with your dog in the park
- Join a walking group
- Join a Bootcamp or Crossfit class
- Clean your house
- Play with your kids on the playground
- Jump rope
- Pole dance
- Play with your Wii Fit
- Go swimming
